LAYOUT DETAILS – CABIN 1

— Main Level —
The main level of the first cabin is where you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, a half bathroom and the first king master suite with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the deck. For additional guests, the sofa in the living room pulls out to a full sized bed.

— Upper Level —
On the upper level of the first cabin, you’ll find a loft area at the top of the stairs that accommodates 3 guests in a twin over queen bunk bed. To the left, you’ll find the second king master suite with ensuite bath and to the right of the loft area is a third bedroom with ensuite bath. This bedroom can sleep 3 in a twin over queen bunk bed.

— Lower Level —
The lower level of the first cabin is where all the fun begins. You’ll find a theater room, billiards, Cruisin’ USA arcade game, a multigame arcade, indoor pool and a hot tub out on the deck. Two additional guests can crash on the two sofas on in the theater.

As you walk through the front door, you’ll find a master king bedroom with a shared bathroom to the left. The kitchen, living area, dining room and access to the large deck is on this level as well. Outside is where the hot tub, outdoor dining table and gas grill are located.

— Upper Level —
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find an open loft with a twin/twin and a queen/queen bunk bed. Right next door is the master suite with ensuite bath and private access to a deck overlooking the beautiful smoky mountains.

— Lower Level —
This is where the fun begins! Take your pick of foosball, arcade games, indoor pool or dim the lights in the theater room!

We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

Stay Minty homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We’d love to help if you’re interested or have questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers but we don’t want any confusion so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
– no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking. 

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio.

GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.
– $249 / per pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit –
Includes paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
