🏠🏞 Lodge at Dunn’s Creek

This beautiful log cabin sits on 2 acres of land with 450 ft of water front, incorporated with the grounds of Glamp x Stay Minty our Glamping experience. The original cabin built in 1819 was completely rebuilt in 2019. The new cabin has all of life’s modern conveniences while still maintaining the old world and historic charm of the cabin that stood in its place more than 200 years ago. You can open the doors at night and hear the river from all 3 bedrooms. All rooms have private patios and full bathrooms. Since the Lodge is right beside Glamp x Stay Minty, guests of the Lodge also have access to the campground amenities such as the community fire pit, picnic areas, yard games, and hiking trails.

On the first side of the cabin, you’ll find two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living area, loft, nice size eat-in kitchen, laundry room and a breathtaking view of the water from a full length deck. The second side of the cabin (all connected) includes one additional bedroom, two more full bathrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and screened in porch.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This cabin is only 10 minutes away from some of the best white water rapids. It’s also only 10 minutes away from CLIMB, a fantastic outdoor adventure center in Gatlinburg. This is a GREAT side of the smoky mountains to stay on. There is no traffic and all attractions on the main strip of Pigeon Forge are only a 30 minute drive away. Bring your fishing poles to fish at the cabin! This cabin is in a remote location.

In a Stay Minty home, you’ll always find our bathrooms stocked with everything you need to get squeaky clean including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. We’ll even let you borrow our Netflix login if you need it!
Stay Minty homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

PET POLICY: A pet fee of $249 per pet will be applicable for your stay for pet friendly homes. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning and maintenance required for accommodating pets, including normal pet hair clean-up. We permit a maximum of two pets per rental unit. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pets so we can add them to your reservation.

While we understand the joy of traveling with your furry friends, we also expect our guests to be responsible pet owners. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to maintain the quality of our property, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Pet Waste Cleanup: It is the guest’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste.
Pet Pets should be well-behaved and not cause any disturbances to other guests. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any other disruptive activities should be promptly addressed by the pet owner. For the safety of your pets and other guests, pets should be kept on a leash when outside the rental unit
Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bring your own pet bedding if necessary.
Damages: The guest will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents.
A $1000 minimum pet policy violation applies to pets in non-pet friendly homes and/or improper care of pets.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, and decibel level.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes and other details. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

You are camping and these domes, are not much different than a tent…. well maybe little cooler, but that’s why you’re here! If anything comes up, we promise to spring into action faster than Taylor Swift after a break-up and do everything we can to resolve it… and then maybe write a hit album about it. I mean, we are from “Music City, USA”.

If you have any issues or are unhappy with your stay, be sure to call, text, or email us like a good friend so we can get your stay back to minty fresh. Please be mindful that there will be bugs, temperatures will be warm in the summer and cold in the winter so come prepared to camp and enjoy the great outdoors!
