This beautiful log cabin sits on 2 acres of land with an incredible 180 degree view of the Smoky Mountain National Park and 450 ft of water front. The original cabin built in 1819 was completely rebuilt in 2019. The new cabin has all of life’s modern conveniences while still maintaining the old world and historic charm of the cabin that stood in its place more than 200 years ago. You can open the doors at night and hear the river from from 3 out of the 4 bedrooms. All rooms have private patios and full bathrooms.

Spread out in two kitchens, two living spaces, 3 bedrooms, a loft and 4 full bathrooms. The guest house is an extra space with a kitchen, living area and loft area with two beds. This listing is for the entire cabin which includes both sides of the main house and the guest house (the main home is entirely connected). You can utilize the space as one cohesive unit or you can take advantage of this feature to keep the two sides separate by closing off access to one side. This works especially well with two different couples, families or groups.

On the first side of the cabin, you’ll find two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living area, loft, nice size eat-in kitchen, laundry room and a breathtaking view of the water from a full length deck. The second side of the cabin includes one additional bedroom, two more full bathrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and screened in porch.

As if that weren’t enough, there is also a magical, cabin-style tiny home with a loft on the property! Folks staying here will have their own bathroom but it’s in an adjacent structure and requires going outside to get to. It’s such a cozy and unique space we know you’re going to love!

[ Part C – Tiny Home ] The tiny home is a separate structure down the driveway. It has power, heating and air conditioning, a microwave, microwave oven and a fridge. You also have access to a private detached bathroom that sits adjacent to the tiny home.

– Living Space ………. Seating area that can be a bed with outside deck overlooking the river
– Bedroom 4 ………….Loft with a Queen/Twin bed
– Bathroom …………… Exterior in adjacent structure. this is a full bathroom and does have heat and air. It is next door to the tiny house, is private but not connected to the tiny home.

The Tiny Home is perfect for a couple who wants privacy from the group OR perfect for 2-3 kids. You can open the patio door at night and hear the river. Its a very peaceful little spot!

ACCESSIBILITY
The main cabin has a narrow spiral staircase that may be difficult for some to climb.
The loft has a very steep staircase that may not be suitable for everyone.

LOCATION
This cabin is only 10 minutes away from some of the best white water rapids. It’s also only 10 minutes away from CLIMB, a fantastic outdoor adventure center in Gatlinburg. This is a GREAT side of the smoky mountains to stay on. There is no traffic and all attractions on the main strip of Pigeon Forge are only a 30 minute drive away. Bring your fishing poles to fish at the cabin! This cabin is in a remote location.

BASIC RULES
No smoking, parties, horseplay, unauthorized pets, rearranging furniture, confetti, tape on walls, yelling, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

*pets are allowed in some properties with a fee.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, you will receive access to your guest portal. Within 48 hours of booking, you agree to login to the portal and click on the “Register Now” link to finalize your reservation. The registration process requires you to provide a government ID, credit card for incidentals and your signature agreeing to our contract, house rules and fee schedule. FEE SCHEDULE
From bachelor and bachelorette parties to birthday celebrations, guy’s getaways and girls weekends, we welcome groups of all sizes who celebrate together. We want you to have a good time but you remain responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during your stay by anyone who enters the property. Please remember there are neighbors who work regular jobs so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum after 10p.

Please understand this fee schedule exists only to deter bad actors who plan on causing chaos and damage to our properties. We have no intention of excessively or randomly charging fees to five star guests.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.

The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

We are not a hotel with hundreds of rooms or some big company with gazillions of dollars and armies of staff. We’re a small team trying to bring love and joy to the world.
