It’s way better than any party in the valley. AS IF! You should totally roll with your homies (up to 12) and come through for your best vacay yet. It’s got everything you need for some mega quality time and an amazing trip with your favorite humans ever. Isn’t that what life’s all about?

While you’re crashing with us, you can do all my favorite things like watch morning cartoons on the couch, explore the town in your jeep, watch romantic movies with your totally hot date, be sure to have something baking, go shopping, give someone a makeover, and of course, party! There’s something killer in store for everyone. It’s like I always say, the more the merrier! Even if you’re a virgin who can’t drive. Sorry, that was way harsh. I’m just, like, majorly, totally butt crazy in love with this spot. Its location has me more starstruck than if I saw Billie Holiday so read below for more deets. And just so you know, searching for a better spot is as useless as searching for meaning in a Pauly Shore movie.

Totally Clueless has a location that just can’t be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that East Nashville has to offer – all within a casual stroll of our digs. A great live music spot, “The Basement East” is right around the corner. If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Downtown Nashville. You’re only 8 short minutes away from Broadway. If you want to check out the major tourist attractions, visit the nearby Titans Stadium, the Country Music Hall of Fame which is only a 7-minute drive or take your talents to the likes of the Grand Ole Opry in under 15. You’ll be right between Nashville’s best parks, tourist attractions, night life and the airport.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a Stay Minty home, you’ll always find our bathrooms stocked with everything you need to get squeaky clean including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

Stay Minty homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren’t specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a Stay Minty property.

TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We’re here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers but we don’t want any confusion so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
– no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, and decibel level.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes and other details. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.

Pet Policy: A $249 pet fee per pet applies for pet-friendly homes and will be charged after booking. This covers additional cleaning and maintenance. A maximum of two pets per unit is allowed—please inform us in advance.

While we understand the joy of traveling with your furry friends, we also expect our guests to be responsible pet owners. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to maintain the quality of our property, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Pet Guidelines:
– Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
– Pets must be well-behaved and leashed outside. No excessive barking or disturbances.
– Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
– Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.

Fines & Violations:
– A $1,000 fee applies for unauthorized pets in non-pet-friendly homes.
– Pets cannot be left unattended; a $500 fine applies, including for service animals per ADA regulations.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
