Beneath the deck, a natural mountain-fed creek flows gently—creating a calming, romantic soundtrack that elevates every moment of your ceremony.

With capacity for up to 350 guests and parking for 85 vehicles onsite, the estate offers both the scale for large celebrations and the privacy of a fully exclusive venue.

Throughout the property, guests can flow between multiple gathering spaces from the main courtyard fireplace to a second elevated fire pit at the top of the hill, featuring a 36-inch fire feature and seating for up to 30 guests with sweeping views of the estate. An additional lawn space just beyond the grapevines offers yet another setting—perfect for cocktail hour extensions, lawn games, or quiet, intimate moments away from the main celebration.

We strongly recommend securing a tent vendor in advance to ensure a seamless rain-or-shine wedding experience.

The estate’s private pond is fed directly from the Great Smoky Mountains, offering pristine, continuously flowing water and a tranquil, natural atmosphere.

Important Wedding Details:
Two-night minimum stay required
Check-in: 4:00 PM (ideal for rehearsal + vendor setup)
Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp
Security deposit required for all events
Weddings up to 150 guests included in rate
Additional fee applies for weddings over 150 guests
For events over 30 guests luxury port-a-poties are included. Guest cannot use the bathrooms in the home.
